A gueuzerie, or <em>Geuzestekerij<\/em> in Dutch, is an enterprise where Gueuze \u00e0 l&#8217;ancienne (or <em>Oude Geuze<\/em>) is blended.<\/p>\n<p>Freshly brewed worts\u00a0 are purchased from different producers in the region (Payottenland and Brussels), and pumped in oak barrels\u00a0 for fermentation and ripening, during 1, 2 or 3 years.
