WHISKY GUEUZE RELEASE DAYS + OPEN-DOORS

Open-doors at Gueuzerie Tilquin to celebrate the launch of 2 new gueuzes.

We’ll be open from 10.30am to 5pm on 2, 3 and 4 May 2025 to celebrate the release of two brand new Gueuze Tilquin à l’ancienne whose lambics have been aged in whisky barrels (unpeated or peated), both made from a blend of 1, 2 and 3-year-old lambics matured in Scotch whisky barrels.

During these 3 days, there will be regular free guided tours of the blendery !

These open days and the release of 2 new gueuzes follow the recent release of 2 new Rullquin with coffee and 3 new cuvées from our Family Tree project:

  • Rullquin au café du Rwanda 7.6%
  • Rullquin au café d’Éthiopie 7.6%
  • Gueuze Tilquin à l’ancienne – Cuvée Renée 7.0%, avec 30-40-30% de lambics de 1, 2 et 3 ans
  • Gueuze Tilquin à l’ancienne – Cuvée Denise 7.0%, avec 20-50-30% de lambics de 1, 2 et 3 ans
  • Gueuze Tilquin à l’ancienne – Cuvée Marguerite 7.0%, avec 10-60-30% de lambics de 1, 2 et 3 ans

So you’ll be spoilt for choice when it comes to new products!

All our products will be available to take away from the shop.

The tasting room and the terrace with an extra marquee will be open all day.

As for the food, you’ll be able to choose between a plate of cheeses, vintage sardines or chips (from the fritkot across the road).

You’ll also be able to drink our full selection of bottles on the premises, as well as a selection of beers on tap.
